"I’ve found the app super easy to..."
I’ve found the app super easy to use while I’m on rounds. It opens quickly, and I can usually find the meds I’m looking for without wasting time...

"Really happy with how smoothly it runs"
I’ve been using epocrates for quick med checks during my shifts, and it’s been really reliable. It opens fast when I need it, even when things are hectic, and I haven’t dealt with any crashes lately. that makes a big difference for me, and I’m satisfied with it overall.

"Updates seem dependable"
I use epocrates mostly when I just need quick drug info, and, the updates seem to come through regularly. Like, every now and then I’ll notice something has been changed or added right when I actually need it, which is helpful. It’s not totally perfect, though, some things still feel a little behind here and there — but overall, yeah, it seems to stay fairly current.

"Info seemed accurate, but I felt uneasy after paying"
The drug info itself seemed accurate and was usually right when I checked it. I just started feeling a bit distrustful after I paid, like I wasn’t totally sure what I’d actually get or if it was worth it.

"I use Epocrates regularly, and for the..."
I use Epocrates regularly, and for the most part it works fine for me. I did have a login issue recently and reached out to support. They eventually got back to me, but it felt a little slower than I was expecting. Maybe it’s just me, but the first response seemed basic, so I had to follow up before the issue actually got sorted out. Not a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the replies were a bit faster and clearer.

"For some reason, a lot of drug info feels missing"
For some reason, some of the pages feel kind of unfinished. I was expecting more useful details about the drugs, but a lot of the info just isn’t there

"Surprisingly not desperate about upsells"
The ads and upgrade offers were easy to deal with. They were clear, and there weren’t a bunch of popups begging for my attention every two seconds, which is apparently a rare achievement these days. I actually liked it
"It does find drug info quickly..."
It does find drug info quickly, which is nice, but I still notice the occasional confusing bit here and there. Overall it’s easy to use, though the small annoyances stand out when they happen.

"Super handy for quick interaction checks"
I use this when I’m in clinic and need to check drug interactions fast... it’s really helpful and saves me a lot of second-guessing!

"Good for quick checks, but a little limited"
I use Epocrates here and there when I need a quick med check, and it does the job for basic stuff 🙂. It’s handy for looking up doses or checking interactions, but when I need deeper clinical guidance, it usually feels a bit too brief. I often end up going to other resources anyway. The app/site can also feel kind of clunky sometimes 😕. Overall, it’s useful in a pinch, but I expected a little more from it as a clinical tool.

"Worth it for everyday use"
I’ve been using Epocrates for a while now, and honestly... the subscription feels worth it to me. The pricing seems fair for what you get, especially since I’m opening it almost every day at work. It saves me time when I’m checking meds and dosing, so yeah, I don’t really mind paying for it. It’s not the cheapest app out there, but for daily use... it’s a solid value.
"Once I’m actually in, my account works fine..."
Once I’m actually in, my account works fine, so that part’s okay. but the Login process can be kinda fussy sometimes. I’ve had to reset my password twice now, and it just didn’t feel very smooth. Not the worst thing ever, just frustrating when I’m trying to get in quickly.
